What is included in the air conditioner service schedule?
- Inspect & clean air filter (washable only)
- Check oil levels, suction & discharge pressures.
- Check for refrigerant leaks.
- Inspect & adjust tension of belt drives
- Inspect the cleanliness of condenser & condenser coils.
- Inspect all fan and motor bearings & lubricate as required, if accessible.
- Inspect & adjust where necessary all automatic controls.
- Inspect A/C systems & pipelines for vibrations.
- Check amperage of compressor for proper operation.
- Check A/C controls & safety devices.
- Inspect start/run capacitors & relays.
- Test operation & condition of compressor contactor if applicable.
- Check & tighten all electrical connections & operations of electrical components.
